The gossip mills are abuzz with Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut‘s controversy over their alleged affair. The war of words between the two just got nastier when Hrithik sent a legal notice to Kangana. In turn, Kangana slapped another legal notice back at him. So many things are being said and done, to an extent that Kangana’s good friend has revealed the most shocking thing about their relationship. The friend has not only claimed that Hrithik chased Kangana from Switzerland to Paris, but also confirmed that Hrithik had proposed Kangana with a ring!
Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut have appeared in two films together, namely ‘Kites’ and ‘Krrish 3’. It was during their second film that the equation between the two moved on from being ‘just friends’ to alleged ‘love birds’. This was the time when Hrithik and Sussanne decided to part ways and filed for a divorce. Whispers were being heard in the tinsel town that Kangana is the reason behind their split.
Unfortunately, Kangana and Hrithik’s ‘alleged’ relationship too hit the rock bottom and they parted ways from each other.
Everything was done and dusted till recently when Kangana referred to Hrithik as her ex-boyfriend. As we know, the makers of ‘Aashiqui’ are ready to make the third instalment of the film and take the franchise forward, and Hrithik tops the list of actors who could play the lead in the film. Apart from this, there were rumours that Kangana was supposed to be the female lead, but apparently Hrithik ousted her from the project. To this, Kangana reacted by saying, “Yes, many lame rumours are doing rounds, even a dumb ass can tell where these rumours are coming from. I don’t know why exes do silly things to get your attention. For me that chapter is over and I don’t dig graves.”
Post this, gossip rags went ablaze with the news of Kangana calling Hrithik as her ‘silly ex’.
The news of Kangana Ranaut calling Hrithik Roshan as her ‘silly ex’ spread like a wild-fire. It became the talk of the town with people raising a lot of questions about Hrithik and Kangana’s alleged relationship. This didn’t settle down well with Hrithik and he posted a furious reaction on Twitter.
By now, the ugly war between the two had reached its peak. The headlines were all about Kangana and Hrithik’s war and how Hrithik does not want to work with the ‘Queen’ ever again. There were reports which stated that Hrithik allegedly persuaded all his friends to not cast Kangana in any of his films.
To this, Kangana had retorted saying that it is very disturbing and she deserves a dignified closure to this relationship.
Her entire quote read,
“I’m not sure it (Twitter message) was targeted at me, but even if it was, I can’t question someone else’s feeling. I have nothing to say about that, but generally speaking, when it comes to human emotions and equations, there are no rules. You never know why one fine day you wake up with a desire for a certain somebody. Or one day, you stop wanting it. Everyone should follow their instinct, and it is not about who is right or wrong. Having said that, I feel when two people amicably decide to end an equation, they must give it a dignified closure and stick to it. I take a lot of time to put an end to a relationship, but when I leave it behind… it is over. It is very disturbing when others don’t follow it. I never mourn over my past men, as there are so many around (laughs). I’ve never begged a man to stay after he has decided to move on. I have been dumped and rejected so many times, but it has never shattered my confidence. I know there is always another story around the corner. There is always a man better than the one before.”
This controversy had died down and was about to become a faded memory when both turned their verbal war into a legal battle. Hrithik Roshan sent a legal notice to Kangana for defaming him with a rumoured affair story. The handsome hunk, through the legal notice, has demanded a public apology from the actress for defaming him by calling him ‘silly ex’.
To this, Kangana Ranaut, through her lawyer, retaliated with a 22-page long legal notice to Hrithik. She has charged him with several sections of Indian Penal Code for intimidating and threatening her if she didn’t comply with his demand of apology.
Amidst all this, one episode which came to the limelight is that of emails sent to Kangana by Hrithik’s fake email id. Apparently, someone had sent praises to Kangana post the success of her film ‘Queen’, from Hrithik’s fake email id. So when Kangana acknowledged Hrithik’s mails at Karan Johar’s birthday party, he explained her about the imposter and also shared his original email id with her. Post this, Hrithik alleged that Kangana sent him at least 50 emails a day. Some were absurd and some were just senseless and insensitive. In total, Hrithik apparently received 1439 mails from Kangana.
In the legal notices sent to each other by the two, Hrithik has said that Kangana suffers from a mental disorder ‘ Asperger’s syndrome’, wherein she is imagining things; whereas Kangana has lashed out at Hrithik by saying that he suffers from a mental disorder of his own. Hrithik’s comment of Kangana imagining things has invited a lot of flak. Hrithik is now supposed to reply to Kangana’s notice within 7 days.
